A glass of freshly made passionfruit juice is a good start to the day. For two glasses I used five large passion fruits, one banana and a bit of water. After mixed with a hand blender, the trick is to have a strainer with small holes to not let the black particles from the mashed seeds slip into the glass, but big holes enough to let all the juice flow through freely. A great deal of vitamins and antioxidants in the maracuja, as they call it around here.

Looks yummy!
During my time in Colombia, I always enjoyed going to a local place, or just about anywhere, and getting a "mango en leche". They make a "juice" with fruit blended with either milk or water, I always liked it with milk more. :)
Hi, what type of handblender do you use?
Some type of hand cranked?
I myself have used this model and I am not so found of it becuse the jar doesent seem to fit tight to the housing.

My husband would love this! I usually start with coffee, but him with juice.
It's almost Passion-fruit season here in Cameroon, so I'll need to try your blend :)
