any alcoholic drink is dehydrating - 'hangovers' are the symptoms of dehydration, primarily. that's why it's always recommended to drink LOTS of water when drinking alcohol.
We already have a dehydrating drink. It's very nice, and it's called BOOZE !! BTW.. You don't have to worry about your English. Reading your blogs from way back when you started, you have improved immeasurably and frankly, I like your slight Sedish accent that sometimes creeps into your writing.

I think hydrated is the English word you're looking for. Dehydrated means dry or lacking water. And yes, coconut water is VERY good for you.
