Sunday lunch

Found a piece of frozen snapper (I think?) in the freezer. I tossed it into the pan accompanied by garlic, herbs, some wine and spagetti for a nice Medeterranean lunch, served with a casual bottle of Barcelonian white. Only some clams or mussels missing in that pasta but good shellfish is unfortunately hard to find around here.

Another thing that's still missing on our boat btw is a cockpit table, we're just now in the midst of discussing how to design that one. We want an easy solution, foldable of course and non fixed but rather one that we'll bring with us to the cockpit when needed. Let's see what we can come up with.

I LOVE the little turtle. My favourite sea creature. Did you make it?
How was the snapper?

Bought the turtle on one of the islands, St Lucia I think. Snapper was great and the wine too..

A cockpit table is a must. In our privious boat we had a laguna table.. but now we have a foldable table in front of the steering wheel. http://seglingarlivet.blogspot.se/2012/11/afuktare-och-vinter-projekt.html

Maybe something you can have?
