Activities on a rainy day consists of reading books and magazines in bed, sketching plans for upcoming weeks, watching news online and waiting for my banana, chocolate and hazelnut cake to bake in the oven. I took a basic brownie recipe and added a banana and some ground hazelnuts. Always a winner.

On your way through the Pacific, make a note to stop at Coco's to dive with the hammer heads, Fakarava south pass to dive with 10,000 sharks black tips, Palmerston Island, Beveridge Reef to be 1000 miles from no where, Tonga dive with the Hump Backs, Nuie cave diving, Tanna volcano hike, Isle Des Pines New Caledonia...in that order.
