Still thinking salads are the best things to prepare for lunch as it is easy to toss together, require minimum amount of time for organization and is light and healthy for your body in this oppressing tropical heat. I had half a grilled chicken left in the fridge from last night, some already boiled potatoes, a can of peas, a few spring onions and some red cabbage and that was the free lunch of today. Are you aware of how much fun things you can concoct only by looking into your own cupboards?
